We’re looking for an Assistant Aqua Park Manager to help run our brand new inflatable Aqua Park for Spring & Summer 2025! This is your opportunity to support daily operations, guide a lively team, and ensure every guest has a safe, exciting experience.
Working as an Assistant Aqua Park Manager at Alton Water is an exciting opportunity to lead in a vibrant, outdoor environment—supporting daily operations, ensuring guest safety and fun, and helping deliver unforgettable water-based experiences as part of a passionate, energetic team.
What your day to day will look like:
Support the Aqua Park Manager in overseeing daily operations
Supervise and motivate lifeguards and activity staff
Ensure safety procedures and high customer service standards are maintained
Help manage bookings, guest enquiries, and equipment checks
Jump in when needed to keep things running smoothly and safely
What You Need:NPLQ or equivalent lifeguarding qualification
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferably outdoors or in leisure)
Great communication, organisation, and people skills
A proactive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
