Helpdesk Support Engineer, Cambridge
This is a fast paced and dynamic team, striving to the best Support Centre in the world where you will want to make a difference supporting thousands of locations globally.
• Minimum of one years software support exposure
• Resolve technical issues through telephone, remote support and email
• Exposure/knowledge MS and ideally SQL
• Excellent customer service
• Team player, ability to manage volume calls and copy under pressure
• MS SQL exposure
• Incident Management
• Call logging system
• MS Server Environment
• Printer/Scanner device installations and troubleshooting
You will be ambitious, taking ownership and pride in your work with attention to detail, hands on approach with a flexible and positive attitude, excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to fully participate in a team environment.
