Reception and Facilities Apprentice (AD1079)

We are currently looking for someone friendly, energetic and proactive to join our reception team - the hub of the centre, as an apprentice. You will provide support to staff and visitors to make our workplace a great one! The main purpose of this full time role is to help us make our office a safe, efficient and happy place to work. We are seeking an outgoing, responsive and helpful person who will assist others to find things, set up meeting rooms and make sure people have the right equipment to do their jobs. If you enjoy engaging with others and have a welcoming personality and a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you!

You will be enthusiastic and compassionate, aspiring to deliver great service; a team player working in partnership with staff to ensure the business needs are met. Acting with integrity, taking time and care to resolve queries, you will provide reassurance through the services you deliver. Whether you’re assisting with queries at the reception desk, setting up our conferencing technology or filling and cleaning a coffee machine, you’ll make the most of your talent – dealing with people. 

The successful candidate will hold GCSE qualifications of English and Mathematics plus desirably two ‘A’ levels. We are totally committed to investing in you and your future career offering the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management alongside the job. This involves studying towards the qualification one day per week from the centre. Right from the start, we’ll give you excellent training and all the support you need.
