Psyomics Ltd is a dynamic medical devices company that develops innovative clinical products to assist in the diagnosis and triage of key mental health conditions.

In the UK, approximately one in six people will experience mental health concerns over their lifetime. Reaching an accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective treatment, yet this remains a significant challenge, taking up to 5 years for depression and 12 years for bipolar disorder.

By equipping clinicians with ground-breaking digital and biological diagnostic tools, Psyomics aims to transform the treatment of mental health, delivering an accurate diagnosis in weeks instead of years.

 

Psyomics, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to implement effective digital marketing strategies and solutions for our mental health products.

Working closely with the Head of Product and the wider Product Development team, you will help develop and implement marketing strategy, key messaging and product strategy.

The Marketing Manager will oversee all content marketing initiatives to ensure brand consistency and a positive customer experience.

The Role

Psyomics, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to implement effective digital marketing strategies and solutions for our mental health products.

What you will be doing

  • Managing and facilitating the creation of digital content to support our marketing requirements and product launches.
  • Creating engaging marketing content for a variety of media, such as; articles, websites, social media, print media and video content.
  • Developing our company presence at conferences and industry events, including the creation of brand materials such as stands or posters.
  • Management of the creative process for all marketing materials, including accurately briefing freelancers for the creation of new materials in line with the marketing strategy.
  • Conducting research and identifying gaps within our marketing content; maintaining strong knowledge of the industry and content marketing best practices to continually deliver fresh and engaging content.
  • Measuring and analysing content performance and presenting these findings to the wider team.
  • Maintaining consistency of the brand presence throughout all marketing materials
  • Taking ownership of the key messaging across all communication channels. Writing content and commissioning copywriters.

 

About you

You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, content and brand management as well as in planning and executing impactful digital campaigns.

Deep knowledge of digital marketing principles, process and channels to contribute to highly integrated marketing strategy.

You possess strong communication skills, you are a strategic thinker, confident and articulate, persuasive, possessing a high-level of initiative and self-motivation.

  • Strong digital and product experience.
  • Excellent content writing skills.
  • An understanding of growth hacking.
  • Experience of working in the mental health field advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time

 

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Psychology, along with exceptional marketing skills that drive results.
