Digital & Content Marketing Manager

Are you a whizz with words and a wizard with websites? Sepura are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Manager to build Sepura's brand across the digital space. Responsible for managing all our digital marketing efforts and supporting content development across departments, this role is key for moving Sepura's digital marketing efforts to the next level

Main duties


  • Develop a strategy and calendar for content marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage a process to ensure all content requests are briefed, documented and executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Be the 'Brand Guardian' for the company, ensuring all communications meet the company standards
  • Research and create dynamic marketing copy for company collateral, sales tools, videos, blog entries, website, press materials etc. Ensure all output meets company standards for brand, design and quality
  • Work with internal teams to develop new highly targeted and relevant sales tools to enhance levels of sales engagement through the company
  • Build and maintain an effective digital asset management system

Digital marketing:

  • Manage and develop Sepura websites and portals, including content, structure and SEM
  • Drive, implement and analyse regional free and paid traffic acquisition and conversion activities such as PPC and retargeting
  • Manage and develop marketing automation and CRM processes, interfacing closely with sales and other internal stakeholders
  • In conjunction with team members create integrated, multi-touch digital marketing campaigns that support product, corporate and event activities for a range of B2B market sectors

Analysis and reporting:

  • Develop and maintain web analytics reporting
  • Develop and maintain lead and campaign reporting
  • Track trends and behaviour and provide insights for site optimisation


This job may involve some travelling so the successful applicant having a full driving licence would be advantageous. Travel expenses will be paid

Additional duties may arise on a seasonal or ad hoc basis, or as the business requires  



  • Proven marketing experience within a B2B environment, ideally within technology or telecoms sector with major account and bid based markets
  • Demonstrable content marketing experience within a B2B environment, across both digital and conventional technologies
  • Working as the curator of company brand and quality standards, leading the design and creation of content for internal and external use
  • Management of data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics. Understanding complicated data sets, extracting and presenting business insights from the data
  • Detailed knowledge of digital marketing technologies and strategies (CMS systems, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Social Media, DAM). Practical experience of their application in a modern B2B environment
  • Experience of direct people management and working within a geographically diverse matrix organisation
  • Working with and managing outside agencies to product work on time and to brief


  • Experience in CRM and/or Marketing Automation tools
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation system Pardot
  • Experience/understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) theory and practice
  • Setting up and managing Digital Asset Management systems



  • Technical understanding and competence in using a variety of digital marketing tools, including social media planning, website maintenance, Adobe CS suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with all levels of staff and suppliers
  • Strong project management skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Organised and able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks to deadline
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading and English language skills
  • Proven ability to communicate in a variety of formats with an appreciation of target audience


  • Second or multiple language skills



  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline with 3-5 years appropriate work experience


  • Relevant marketing qualification (e.g. from the Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM)
  • Extensive practical experience is valued over qualifications



  • A self-starter, with a strong drive and goal-orientated approach
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a global marketing team
  • Responsive and flexible attitude to change and short-term demands and unexpected activities
