To operate as the lead contact for our WATCH & GO® online video learning subscription service, building trusting relationships with our customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will feel confident about demonstrating an online service, using both face-to-face and virtual online meetings to present WATCH & GO® to prospective clients. He or she will be comfortable with online services and be technologically aware, being able to advise clients on basic Information Technology requirements and following training, be able to discuss how the service works on both computers and via mobile technology.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend most of the time based in the Fordham office, contacting prospects, presenting demonstrations online and developing excellent on-going client relationships. From time to time, it may be appropriate to visit clients in their premises to present demonstrations of WATCH & GO® or to review a client’s use of our video programmes in more depth.
