As a Broking & Administration Assistant you'll assist the broking teams across our offices in Cambridge, London and New York. This is a full time position, with key tasks including:
- Production of invoice/credit notes/policy documents
- Maintain up‑to‑date policy and client records
- Process policy adjustments
- Preparing client renewal documents
- Preparing new business quotations
- Liaising with insurers on claims and quotations
This role will be ideal for you if you are well organised, meticulous, enthusiastic and self-motivated. You’re a resourceful lateral thinker, reliable, and a great juggler! You have excellent communication skills and feel at home online using social media. You’ll have a good grasp of the MS Office suite of applications. You enjoy working with people and are happy when working individually or as part of a team. You’re happy and motivated when working unsupervised, organising your time around the priorities in front of you.
