Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role you must have significant experience in marketing and communications, ideally within the technology or education sector. You will be a confident communicator along with high standards of written and spoken English. You will need to be flexible and able to work to tight deadlines on multiply projects and tasks. A good working knowledge of some of the major media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook is necessary as well as the ability to adapt writing for these different channels.

You will be part of the wider Marcomms team which will formulate and implement campaigns designed to increase engagement across all GÉANT channels – including social media, web and events with a national and international remit.
You will own the day to day management of GÉANT social media channels including reporting on social media content performance and analysing key metrics.
You will undertake Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Analysis (SEA) to drive inbound traffic, in line with campaigns, objectives and activities.
