The role: We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our IT team, in a newly created role. Having recently implemented Dynamics 365, we wish to strengthen our resource and expertise for the resolution of technical issues to our Dynamics 365 core business and CRM platform. The role holder will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to staff on our ‘line of business’ applications provided by the company, including Dynamics 365, but also SharePoint Online and related software. The role holder will also be responsible for evolutionary changes to our applications, supported by third-party implementation partners.
Your skills: This role requires previous experience within a technical application support role, including CRM administration, cloud technologies, collaboration and document management systems, Windows 10 and Office. We are looking for a solutions-focussed individual with high levels of initiative and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to prioritise, and balance creative tasks such as problem-solving, requirements analysis and solution design, with administrative tasks such as record keeping and documentation, with high attention to detail, is key.
