Administrator - Production Support

Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager Support, the Production-Support-Administrator role is as follows:-

This is an excellent opportunity to work as an administrator in a small but vital team supporting the manufacturing operations within Marshall Land Systems. The role will be participation in the administration of planned maintenance tasks carried out by department engineers. Reporting directly to the Production Support Manager you will be responsible for maintaining all records of maintenance completion and archiving of paperwork. You will also be tasked with administrating the spares and consumables system to ensure all maintenance tasks are fully resourced. You will have a constant drive and enthusiasm for continual improvement whist striving to find efficiency by improving current paperwork systems and processes.


Qualifications

Good level of education including Maths and English grade C or above or equivalent.

Experience of working in a busy office environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to high standards

Experience in general administration activities and filing systems.

Experience in operating information data bases, preferably CMMS or equipment maintenance systems, but not essential.

A track record of maintain, introducing and improving paperwork systems for the capture of information and data.

Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft office 365.

Have the ability to work within set time frames and against set deadlines.

Experience in a maintenance administration role would be of advantage but not essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
