Key Responsibilities
• Manage the design, implementation and ongoing development of global recognition including the roll-out of financial recognition and global loyalty and dedication awards
• Work with the Global Reward team to design and implement global reward policies, such as company cars and car allowance, maternity/paternity / parental leave
• Review, audit, and update existing HR policies to ensure that relevant reward touchpoints and considerations are included
• Review, audit, and update existing HR data to ensure that data is being stored, maintained and reported accurately

Essential Skills / Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits, multi-national required, global preferred
• Experience of significant reward project implementations, specifically Recognition
• Experience of reviewing and designing reward business processes
• Numeracy and analytics.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel capability
• Project and change management.
