Head of Digital Campaigns

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Digital Campaigns to join the Bango Marketing team in this newly created role.

We want an innovative marketer to develop, deliver and analyze digital marketing campaigns intended to boost sales leads, nurture contacts and generate contact with Bango.

Bango is a leading data driven commerce platform working with a global audience, across verticals including app developers, app stores, online merchants and payments provider to enable them to better acquire, monetize and retain customers. Highly established in the payment space and forging a new path in the purchasing behavior targeting space, we need a talented B2B digital marketer to boost lead generation and nurturing activities across the products.

If you have a passion and great track record in implementing multi-touch campaigns, with quantitative and qualitative measures of impact and success, and enjoy the cutting-edge tech sphere, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Campaigns - Develop tactics and produce messages to effectively engage with target audiences in line with agreed marketing strategies. Analyze customer and market information to create campaigns that produce sales leads and engagement
  • Lead gen - Create and execute a direct marketing plan to capture new contacts and refresh/update the existing contacts database
  • Reporting and measurement - Continually find ways to improve on marketing metrics and KPIs through testing new initiatives. Establish team and individual goals and metrics to ensure that direct marketing programmes are successful, metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Social media - Build, further develop and leverage relationships with industry influencers, media and brand ambassadors to grow awareness and engagement with Bango. Develop fast response capabilities, which enable Bango to use social media to input industry commentary, triggered by third party events, in near real-time
  • Creativity - In return for your hard work and dedication you will be given autonomy and ownership, the ability to be creative, and the platform to share your ideas to add value to the wider business

Experience

  • Strong B2B performance marketing experience in lead generation
  • Experience of marketing campaign management, and a track record in results driven campaigns
  • Experience using data-driven marketing campaign management
  • Ability to evidence campaign purpose and effectiveness
  • Knowledge of multichannel digital marketing
  • You will be highly ambitious, driven and capable of taking ownership
  • Ideally with a background within software technology or a desire to learn the industry
  • Understand commercial drivers for the business and how marketing is tasked to support these
  • Previous experience of developing and leading a team
