Business Manager

The Greater Cambridge Partnership offers completely flexible working arrangements which includes remote/home working, job share and part time or full time agreements. Although the office for the Greater Cambridge Partnership, subject to Covid-19 restrictions, will continue to be in Greater Cambridge, we are very flexible on location and working pattern and actively encourage flexible working.

The Greater Cambridge Partnership (GCP) is responsible for transforming Greater Cambridge through a City Deal aimed at unlocking the economic growth potential of the area over the coming decades and realising thousands of new jobs and homes.

As the Business Manager for the GCP, you will be responsible for the corporate and support services required to ensure the smooth running of the GCP and the delivery of its ambitious £500m+ programme. You will shape the future of our working being responsible for all resources, contracts and assurance processes.

We need someone who is astute and experienced in managing stakeholders, services and contracts to ensure that the GCP is able to manage and deploy resources by adopting a commercial approach.

You will require an excellent understanding of key corporate functions and their related legislative requirements including IT, HR, contractual and assurance arrangements.
