Salary range £42,793 - £48,114 pro rata (spine points 50-54)

Christ’s College is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Human Resources Manager.  The role includes responsibility for all aspects of HR policy and administration relating to the College’s operational and academic staff.

This is a permanent post, with some flexibility available to agree working hours which are convenient for the successful candidate. There is an expectation that the FTE commitment over the calendar year will be between 60% and 100%. The successful candidate will hold a recognised HR qualification and be able to demonstrate substantial experience. 

The initial salary will be in the range £42,793 - £48,114 per annum (points 50 - 54 on the University single salary spine, pro rated). Other benefits include up to 36 days’ holiday p.a. (inclusive of Bank Holidays), membership of a contributory occupational pension scheme and free lunches.

The closing date for receipt of applications is noon on Monday 31st May 2021 and it is expected that interviews will be held in the week commencing Monday 14th June 2021.
