We are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual for our small Finance team providing transactional support overseeing purchase ledger, cashbook and credit card reconciliation as well as assisting with project and month-end reporting activities in a permanent role.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, credit card reconciliations, reviewing and processing staff expense claim forms, collating BACS payments for supplier invoices / staff expenses, ordering foreign currency and staff cash advances, as well as providing general administrative support to the Finance Manager and the CFO.
You will be qualified to at least A level or hold a BTEC / NVQ in a relevant discipline. It is essential that you have prior accounts experience and can demonstrate proven strong numeracy, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as accuracy and attention to detail. You will have intermediate excel skills and be able to process information within large datasets. You must also be flexible in your approach to work and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. If you hold or are working towards the AAT qualification, this is an advantage. Experience of month end / year end processing and working within a project led environment are also desirable.
