The Data Science & Curation Manager will lead the ResearchFish Interfolio Data Services team and be responsible for maintaining and automating the harvesting, curation and quality of research impact data with the goal of improving and automating legacy processes. The post holder will also work closely with the client facing teams to ensure the best possible service and value to our clients. This individual will be able to identify trends in the data and construct ML / AI tools to automate curation. This role is particularly focused on one of the Interfolio products which is the Researchfish system although there will be collaboration and learning shared across the whole organisation and the multiple Interfolio products. This individual will be part of a broader data council leading to the advancement of additional data products. Researchfish is an online platform which enables researchers to easily and quickly report the outputs, outcomes and impacts of the research they do to their stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a thirst for knowledge and have the ability to spot patterns and problems in the database through their own analysis and understanding.
