Paid Social Media Manager

Who we are looking for? 

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager who can take control and be responsible for developing and implementing our Paid Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence, generate highly qualified leads, and improve our marketing and recruitment efforts.

We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
This position has both impact and visibility within the Sales and Marketing team and across our organisation. Data
driven, you will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, lead generation campaigns and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage and develop the paid social media strategy tuned within the overall Demand Generation
    strategy to maximise revenue across all CEG Digital partners.
  • Manage the social media budget across all brands and monitors performance considering: lead volume,
    CPL, quality rate and audience targeting fine-tuning.
  • Increase and oversee all ads assets (video ads, carrousel ads, canvas ads, static ads) across all our brands,as well as video social media content (FB live sessions, 60 seconds tutorials, etc.)
  • Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing; and collaborate outside the department with the Recruitment, Academic and Student Experience teams, when required.
