Stock Controller/Stores Technician (6 Months FTC)

To effectively manage stock levels to ensure spare parts and change parts are available when required including planned and reactive maintenance and that space is available within the designated storage areas at all times.

  • Responsible for maintaining optimum stock levels for spare parts, change parts, consumables and GMP clothing ensuring compliance with agreed standards.

  • Prepare all Change Parts/Tooling/PPM kits as per the Production and Maintenance plans.

  • Raise Purchase Orders and ensure that computer stock records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. Monitor spend against the relevant budget codes and cost centres and report as appropriate.

  • Be a go to person for Production spares and change parts

Qualifications

  • GCSE Math and English or equivalent 

  • Knowledge of tooling and spares preferable
