Summary of position

Cresset has grown rapidly over recent years and as a result of this success we are now seeking to add an experienced Administrator to our team. This is a varied role to provide high-level, professional support to a wide range of functions including general administration, sales and marketing support, scientific project management and executive assistance. As a dynamic organization this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career with early opportunity for learning and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in a varied administrative role, working in a similar commercial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Excellent written, oral and listening skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously

 

Responsibility

  • Contribute to the growth and efficiency of all operational functions of the business with a focus on providing a wide range of administrative support to the Discovery business unit
  • Work with sales and scientific project teams to support efficient customer onboarding and delivery of projects
  • Meeting administration including scheduling meetings, calendar management, create agenda, minute taking and distribution, manage action items
  • Create and manage administrative SOPs
  • Document management – internal and external
  • Enter and maintain data in CRM System
  • Provide administrative support for marketing team and events
  • Travel booking and management
  • Work as part of the administration and operations team to contribute to the smooth running of the office
  • General administrative support including answering phones, welcoming visitors, collecting mail, document management

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

  • Office based in Litlington, Cambridgeshire, UK
