Role: Campaign and ABM Manager (EMEA) 12 month FTC

Reporting to: Regional Marketing Manager 

 

We’re seeking a Campaign and ABM Manager to join our growing team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract!

This exciting role is responsible for maximising revenue in key markets by partnering with regional sales teams to generate pipeline, accelerate existing opportunities and support growth into strategic accounts.

You will be responsible for:

  • Creating and delivering integrated marketing plans for the EMEA region that have a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation and accelerating existing opportunities, adopting a 1:1, 1:few or 1:many approach where necessary
  • Understanding our buyers, their challenges and needs, through ongoing research and strong relationships with sales
  • Monitoring regional trends and using insights to inform marketing campaigns and content creation for personas across the entire buyer’s journey
  • Collaborating and partnering with marketing peers on campaign concept, supporting account-based marketing strategies, content requirements and digital marketing support to ensure alignment, effective use of resources, and consistency with brand requirements
  • Using data to identify opportunities to continually evolve and improve campaign effectiveness and support overall pipeline generation and revenue goals.

What makes you Redgate’s Campaign and ABM Manager?

  • Significant B2B marketing experience, ideally in the software industry
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using a variety of digital tactics for pipeline generation
  • You are a self-starter, autonomous and can confidently manage and prioritise your own workload – all while keeping stakeholders informed and bought in to your approach
  • Previous experience working closely with Sales teams and customers across the entire buying journey, from pipeline generation and deal acceleration to revenue
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop, and repurpose, written sales and marketing copy and articulate key business drivers to multiple personas
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and act on findings.
