Professor James Rowe is looking for a new Clinical Research Associate (Clinical Fellow) to join the vibrant team at the Cambridge Centre for Frontotemporal Dementia. The Centre brings together leading clinicians and scientists focusing on mechanisms, diagnostics and novel treatments for patients with Frontotemporal dementia and related disorders.
The research brings together brain imaging (MEG and MRS) and blood-based biomarkers, with GABA-ergic drug treatments, to understand and treat the mechanisms of cognitive impairment.
Successful candidates will be eligible for higher specialist training in the UK (ST3 and above). Additional experience in neuroscience research would be an advantage. The post is ideally suited for neurology trainees wishing to undertake a PhD and develop your career in cognitive neurology.
