About the Role:
You will be a member of the UK Admissions team, based within Corporate Marketing, and will join an experienced and large admissions team focused on providing an excellent applicant and enquirer experience. Working with the Senior Admissions Manager – Applicant Services, you will provide expert advice to enquiries from applicants and potential applicants on engagement and compliance with DBS and Occupational health. You will also oversee the processing of all applications for DBS Disclosures and Occupational Health checks across the faculties, and you will undertake risk assessments on DBS Disclosures and manage Disclosure Panels whilst working with internal and external partners to meet these objectives.
You'll have a degree, or be part qualified in a professional qualification at degree level, or you will have a demonstrable appropriate level of experience and evidence of CPD relevant to the role. You will also have previous DBS administrative experience, and have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. You will have a self-motivated, positive and flexible attitude to work and the ability to problem solve and explain complex processes to applicants is highly desirable.
Like much of ARU, Marketing, Recruitment and Communications including Admissions works on an agile basis with a mixture of office and home-based working.
