Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Work with users to understand and map out their processes within the existing CRM system.
- Define and document user requirements and work with the users and the CRM Project Team to prioritise these requirements.
- Constructively challenge users on their business processes and requirements to ensure we are challenging accepted norms, encouraging standardisation of processes and, where appropriate, adapting to the new CRM system.
- Document ARUK’s business requirements as User Stories.
- Work with users to determine acceptance criteria and tests for the User Stories, providing appropriate guidance.
- Work with the CRM implementation partner to ensure there is common understanding for each User Story and any ambiguity is resolved prior to the sprint starting.
- Develop excellent working relationships with the implementation partner to ensure there is excellent, clear communication throughout the project.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of business analysis approaches and methodologies.
- Experience of working with end users to define business requirements and provide solutions within the technical capabilities of the CRM system.
- Experience of producing technical documentation such as process workflows, user stories and user requirements.
- Experience of working with a third-party implementation vendor during a project.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build relationships, trust and respect at all levels. Effectively communicates to people of all different technical abilities.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills.
- Excellent listening skills, receptive to feedback and demonstrates flexibility.
- Strong team player who can work both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with an ability to work to deadlines and reprioritise work in accordance with the organisational needs.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.
Our Office: Our office is at 3 Riverside, Granta Park, Great Abingdon, Cambridge, CB21 6AD.
Salary: Circa £33,000 per annum, plus benefits
