The Faculty of Music at the University of Cambridge, incorporating the University's largest performing venue, West Road Concert Hall, has a vacancy in its Custodian team who provide facilities management for the building, support for teaching staff, students and external hirers, and security for all users. The vacant position also has responsibility for AV equipment used by both Faculty and external hirers.

We are looking for an individual with relevant experience, a willingness to work at weekends and in the evenings on a flexible shift pattern, as well has having endless tact and patience. In addition to the basic salary a shift allowance worth roughly a further 10% of salary is offered to reflect the evening/weekend/bank holiday work required. If you have excellent communication and organisational skills this will prove to be a challenging and fulfilling position.
