We are recruiting for this new position within our product management team at our site in Royston. Here we design and manufacture the Ambr range of bioreactors and our product team is growing together with the rest of the business. Your role will be to support a team of product managers in activities related to voice of customer, VOC, that support the definition, development and commercialisation of our products.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Supporting product managers in the evolution of understanding of our customers
Providing support across tasks related to the development and launch of new products
Conducting assessment of market dynamics by generating surveys, collecting feedback from application specialists and customers
Using data sources to create insights about market changes, collating results and conclusions
Coordinating with similar functions across the business to drive the best practice
Collaborating with other internal teams
What will convince us:
Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent and/or marketing training is preferred
Proven ability in creating understanding of customer trends
Computer proficient in Windows-based software package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent communications skills, strong customer focus
Highly organised
Attention to detail and capable of prioritising
Capable of working independently and within a team in a global, matrix-based organisation
