About the role
The aim for this role is to improve customer outcomes when using our N series equipment. You will develop an understanding of the factors that limit performance and work with central teams to either eliminate them or mitigate the impact on the customer. To be successful this role will require close collaboration with our customers technical teams, Domino service specialists, global support teams, R&D and the customer key account manager.
The successful candidate will be expected to understand and document key operational parameters, performance issues and customer escalations, feeding learning into group and sharing insights and best practice with service and customer teams. You will facilitate information flow from the customer to the Group design team and back to the customer ensuring integrity along the chain, to ensure that customer escalation issues get the required attention within the wider Domino team.
Some international travel to customer facilities will be required to capture the information and support performance investigations,
We are looking for someone who is a process driven thinker with good communication and problem solving skills. Ideally you will have a formal education in a scientific or engineering discipline with experience of field service, applications engineering, customer support etc.
