We are looking for two talented events professionals to join our ambitious team. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a broad portfolio of event management experience, someone who is well-versed in designing and delivering events of the highest standard.
Adept at working with multiple stakeholders and managing numerous events simultaneously, you will be responsible for end-to-end project and event management, driving projects from conception to successful completion and evaluation. Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential to this role. The Event Producer will plan, professionally manage, and execute all aspects of an event so that it meets or surpasses its objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring a high-quality guest experience, acting as an ambassador for the University and interacting with guests in a professional manner on event days.
The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced with briefings for stakeholders and suppliers. You will be comfortable hitting the ground running with existing events and capable of picking up new systems quickly. Experienced with risk management, with current knowledge of event health and safety, you will be well-versed in being accountable for the safe management of events.

This role is based in central Cambridge; however, we practise a hybrid working model and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office for a minimum of three days a week.
