Facilities Administrator/Coordinator 6 Month FTC

We are looking to recruit a highly organised Coordinator/Administrator to support our Facilities teams across our site.

This role will be key in ensuring all planned maintenance activities are monitored and coordinated effectively as well as managing an inbox of new requests and priorities. You will be someone that can deal with multiple priorities with excellent communication skills and be keen to be part of a busy team.

Role responsibilities:
  • Management and ownership of the facilities system
  • Electronic and hard copy filing
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Monitoring the team in-box and answering calls
  • approving and loading works requests on to the system
  • General administration support to the team
  • Systems administration and reporting

Previous experience in a coordination/organisational role is key but we are very open to the background. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • High attention to detail
  • A team player
  • A preference for working to deadlines
  • Able to take direction from others and follow through with actions independently
  • Excellent customer service skills for our internal customers and external suppliers
  • Able to multi task, organise and prioritise workload
  • Confident with IT and learning new software
