The Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences and the Humanities at the University of Cambridge invites applications for a Fellowships and Alumni Coordinator. This will be an attractive role for a post-holder who enjoys interacting with visitors from across the world. It also offers plenty of scope for initiative, as the alumni programme is new at CRASSH. The post-holder will join the core administrative team at CRASSH, which provides a fast-paced but very friendly and supportive working environment.

Key activities within the role include:

  • Co-ordinating the Fellowships and Visitors programme at CRASSH, from the selection process through to welcoming visitors and helping them to integrate into the community at CRASSH and the University of Cambridge more broadly
  • Assisting with administration as required for the programme, including helping with visa applications and making travel arrangements as appropriate
  • Developing and maintaining a Fellowships and Alumni database
  • Managing communications with alumni
  • Organizing regular social events for the CRASSH research community

Applicants must be:

  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office
  • Educated to HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualification or academic degree

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
