Key accountabilities

In addition to the Key Responsibilities as outlined above, the HR Administrator Apprentice will also:

  • Support the Senior HR Administrator with managing general day-to-day HR admin i.e. letters and electronic filing
  • Support the HR Team with the administration of HR projects   
  • Support with Recruitment process
  • Creating electronic employee files ensuring documents are filed in the correct place
  • Update HR trackers and monitoring progress for legal compliance
  • Support the Talent & Learning Lead with the annual work experience and internship programmes  
  • Schedule meetings with internal stakeholders as and when required
  • Ensure employee and HR information is maintained accurately on relevant systems
  • Support with responding to a broad range of queries from staff and managers via the HR Team email inbox and by phone
  • Commitment to complete CIPD qualification (level 3 or 5)
  • Apply knowledge and best practice learnt from studies to their work to improve processes and services
