Role
The successful applicant will take the lead in working with customers to integrate the ink delivery system into their machines. This will include remote diagnostics over the phone as well as some on-site visits. A proactive approach in contacting customers to ensure a speedy resolution of a problem is essential. Hands-on lab work is an important part of the role, either to reproduce customer issues or to contribute to further development of the product. Due to the nature of the role, some out-of-hours work to support international customers is to be expected.
