This is not an average position for an Inside Sales/Renewals Representative 

As an Inside Sales & Renewals Representative, you will work with talented sales professionals who will ensure your success as a team member. This position is designed to prepare you for a successful career in sales for the world’s leading provider of database development solutions while learning the fundamentals of software sales. 

Our Berlin team is responsible for qualifying leads and building a pipeline, as well as providing technical support and closing deals with our DACH customers to build and strengthen Redgate’s presence in the territory. 

The role: 

  • You will work exclusively with in-bound leads. You will qualify inbound leads, manage inbound inquiries and close transactional new business opportunities to build a high quality pipeline 
  • Exceed the largest quota on the team by assisting our existing clients with their contract renewals and extensions 
  • You will work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Representatives to identify upsell and referral opportunities 
  • You will engage with new and existing Redgate customers 
  • You will understand our customers’ database technologies and the challenges they face 
  • You will manage customer and transaction information in Salesforce 
  • Work with our resellers and partners to develop and close business opportunities 
  • You will provide an excellent customer experience and positive first impression to our prospects and customers

Package  

  • Up to €40,000 base salary, depending on experience, €50,000 OTE

  • Flexible working hours and a mix of remote and office work
