Partner Relations Manager

Are you an international partnership manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in a pan-European membership organisation? You will play a pivotal role as an interface between GÉANT and its 40 plus partners to ensure international activities and services are fit for purpose and meet the demands of the European Research &Education community. This is a community facing position responsible for supporting the GÉANT partners in line with GÉANT’s strategic goals. You will be a key member managing the relationships between GÉANT and the European NREN community as well as wider stakeholder engagement activities on a wide range of technical and strategic topics.

About You

To be successful in this role you need to have extensive experience of working in a partnership management role that has ideally been gained in a professional environment involving government bodies, research institutes,  the European Commission,  Not for Profits or other public-private partnerships.  You will have proven experience of managing, advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and directors’ level besides proven experience of establishing, developing and nurturing a large network of professional stakeholder relationships in order to achieve shared objectives.  You should be able to confidently analyse and interpret data from different data sources and use this to turn into meaningful insights/recommendations.

Working Arrangements 

We have adopted a flexible-hybrid model which means that employees will work flexibly between a remote and office environment.  Weekly visits to the office are required for most employees to support our values and collaborative culture and enable our teams to deliver great work.  For this role we anticipate that you may be required in the office for around 2 days per week.
