People Operations Partner (Remote/Anywhere)

To support the Global Head of People Operations and Collabora teams across 37 countries. 

Responsibilities: (not in order of priority)

 

  • Act as a coach, trusted advisor, and knowledge expert, and demonstrate sound judgement
     

  • Develop and drive new initiatives
     

  • Offer and implement solutions in improving day to day operations
     

  • Regularly review internal wiki, git lab pages, policies and reference tools to ensure they are relevant, compliant and upto date
     

  • Ensure compliance of GDPR, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
     

  • Help to develop strategies that will support the businesses growth
     

  • Support the engineering team in mentoring and providing support for new and existing hires

     

  • Work alongside the People Leads in developing L & D strategies and help implement
     

  • Employee relations and case management – supporting and advising
     

  • Project work as assigned e.g. succession management, talent & skills mapping, global payroll set ups and foreign entities, Diversity & Inclusion working group and Chair the Health & Well Being Committee
     

  • Build strong relationships both internally and externally to the business extending your networking ability

  • Provide information to run 4 payrolls and support the business in setting up further global payrolls inline with expansion
     

  • Provide support for relocation liaising with lawyers and our internal team

  • Support and develop other team members within the POps team

 


Required Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

  • Good English language skills (both written & verbal)

  • Attention to detail

  • International Experience
     

  • Experience of working in a remote environment

  • CIPD or equivalent qualification

  • Already working at a Partner level within a technical environment (5 + years of HR experience)

  • Able to work on their own initiative and ability to make informed decisions

  • Experience with workflow reduction and automation

  • Experience with Office software, and comfortable with internet technology
