You should enjoy interacting with customers and have a desire to progress your technical skills through your work and through the training and development opportunities available to members of ICS. The IT Support Team is the face of IT in the Department for many users, and it must respond quickly, communicate effectively and provide high levels of service. Ideally, you will have demonstrable skills and experience with:
- Delivering customer-facing IT services and support
