Overview

We are looking for a project manager to lead and deliver a number of cross-functional company-wide initiatives. The project manager will be responsible for managing several projects across IBEX. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and closing multiple projects as well as managing the project team, stakeholders, risks, and dependencies. The project manager will also ensure that the project deliverables are aligned with the strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and quality standards of AZUK. The project manager will be leading multiple initiatives in parallel and be responsible for creating, managing and maintain an integrated delivery plan and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and scope the project objectives, deliverables, landmarks, and KPIs for multiple initiatives.

Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, schedule and track the progress and performance of the project against the agreed baselines. Develop an integrated delivery plan which incorporates multiple projects and workstreams.

Delivery of key deliverables within plan to time, quality and costs.

Manage the project budget and resources, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Lead and coordinate the project team, which consists of a business analyst, a solution developer, and subject matter experts from various functions.

Communicate and report multiple project status, issues, risks, and achievements to the project sponsor, steering committee, and other relevant stakeholders. Define programme scorecard and provide timely and accurate reporting.

Conduct the project closure and evaluation, and document the lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Develop a framework to measure and monitor success parameters for each programme and deliver clear action plan where required.

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in process improvement, technology transformation and automation projects.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as PMBOK, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a solid sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience of working in technology projects and a good understanding of technology project principles. Tech-savvy, with experience in process mapping software, CRM platforms, automation software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of AZUK business processes, systems, and compliance standards is a plus.
