The University is currently launching a Strategic Workforce Programme to address two of the University's top people priorities to enable us to attract, recruit and retain. The Strategic Workforce Programme will therefore comprise two workstreams:
- A review of the University's pay structure and pay policy
- Career Pathways for Professional Services Staff - linked to Reimagining Professional Services
While these two workstreams will effectively be managed as two separate projects, the development of the career pathways and job families will be aligned to any new arrangements for pay.
We are looking for a Reporting and Information Analyst to join the Programme team for the three year period of design and delivery phases of the Strategic Workforce Programme. This is a large complex programme in terms of scale and reach, and complexity touching all members of staff.
The role will contribute to the provision of management information, analysis, modelling and forecasting specifically for the Strategic Workforce Programme. The nature of this work means that the role holder will be involved in a range of tasks. The primary focus of the role is to independently develop and maintain solutions for provision of business intelligence (BI) and performance indicators, and to prepare analysis of quantitative data required for the programme. The role holder needs to present written reports to the programme team and senior members of the University.
With your strong analytical skills, you will have experience with analysis of complex data and dealing with big and multiple-source datasets, knowledge of statistical methods and their appropriate use. You will have strong skills in attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work as part of a team as well as individually and to communicate well with colleagues across the University at all levels.
This is an exciting role to make a real difference to some of the top people priorities for the University. Apply today to join us!
