We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Agile Coach to join our IT team at AstraZeneca. In this role, you will work with Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, AZ IT leaders, and business partners as part of the LACE (Lean Agile Centre of Enablement) to assist with embedding Agile practices and attitudes across AstraZeneca. You will be a catalyst for change, challenging the status quo, and developing a compelling case for the adoption of Agile practices. 


As a Senior Enterprise Agile Coach, you will coach Leadership teams to develop strategic and annual Lean-Agile plans that deliver required uplift in Lean-Agile maturity and business value. You will drive strategic key priorities, provide necessary coaching and training, exploit internal and external benchmarking to inform the quality of Lean-Agile approach and plans, and drive cultural change by fostering an agile attitude. You will also represent AZ externally, acting as a brand ambassador for AZ as an extraordinary place to work. 


Essential Skills/Experience: 

  • Demonstrate influencing at VP+ level 

  • Significant commercial experience working on large scale enterprise as the Subject matter expertise in Agile  

  • Previously led and owned change in a digital environment at both strategic and tactical level 

  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills in leading technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile frameworks and technical practices 

  • Ability to facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution

  • Strong relationship building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently

  • Excellent training and presentation skills including the design of training materials

  • Experience in the overall planning, organization, and execution of technology initiatives within Agile space

  • Awareness of build and virtualization approaches to facilitate delivery

  • Relevant certifications and experience in Agile Frameworks  

  • Well-developed communication skills, leadership and influencing skills, applied in a global environment
