Would you like to work with world-leading hardware and software architects to influence highly technical roadmaps, connect with global partners, define value-propositions, align deployment activities, while taking into account commercial & legal realities?

You will bring your skills in considering market trends, ecosystem needs, value-propositions, and deployment challenges, to collaboratively craft roadmaps for CPU architecture, the compatibility basis for the Arm ecosystem, with senior architects.
You will guide global partner companies on these roadmaps, and ensure large-scale adoption of these technologies by companies at various positions in the value chain.
You will be part of the small product management function within Arm’s influential Architecture & Technology Group, which publishes CPU and System architecture specifications, and collaborate with Arm's various Line of Business and other groups.
Responsibilities:
You will craft technology value-propositions, clarifying both the “why” as well as the “what”
You will help evolve various architecture roadmaps with senior architects
You will co-ordinate and lead collaboration with partner companies across the planet to improve and deploy the Arm architecture
You will work with groups such as programme management, Legal, Licensing, Marketing to ensure successful deployment of new architecture.
Required Skills and Experience:
You have developed, delivered & promoted value propositions and complex roadmaps to both internal & external collaborators and customers
You understand product lifecycle especially evolution of existing complex products
You bring an analytical reasoning approach to make sense of input from many viewpoints
Business insight to complement others' technical skill
You work in a consistent and collaborative style with analytical subject matter experts
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will have an understanding of different hardware and/or software development processes
Experience of developing deep technical customer relationships
You may even have experience of working with different cultures in a global context
