Senior Professional Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced administrator capable of making a significant contribution across a wide range of activities within the University's administration. Leading and supporting different teams as required, the post holder will apply their skills in a variety of different situations and environments.

The post holder is likely to experience frequent changes in duties, priorities and colleagues and they will have the ability to be effective immediately on beginning a new assignment or project. The range of duties they will undertake will require them to be well organised, able to direct and monitor the work of others, and flexible, able to handle new and unusual situations as they arise.

The role will be based in the School of Clinical Medicine and will support various departments and teams. The post may also be required to provide support across the wider University.

Candidates must have a degree level education or equivalent, with substantial administration experience at a senior level. You will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative, prioritise work, work to tight deadlines, and have excellent people management skills.
