The firm's owner is looking for an experienced Senior Chartered Tax Manager to join the team with a clear path to becoming a Partner and leading the business in the coming years as senior members of the team plan to step down. Key responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships, providing key advisory services on related tax issues.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and advise accordingly.
- Identify business development opportunities and support firm growth.
- Mentor and train junior tax professionals.
- Review and sign off on tax returns and reports prepared by junior staff.
- Oversee tax compliance.
- Improve internal tax processes for better efficiency and compliance.
About you:
- Strong UK practice Tax experience - personal tax experience is preferable.
- ACCA/ ACA/ ICAEW qualified.
- CTA qualified (desired).
- At least 3+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A strong desire to pursue a pathway to becoming a Partner.
