A day in the life
- Based in our Cambridge office and on a shift rota between 8am and 6.30pm Monday-Friday.
- Provide exceptional first-line support to clients by effectively managing a diverse range of incoming tickets, phone calls, and enquiries. Your swift response and resolution will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues through collaborative discussions and remote sessions with end users. Your technical expertise will be the key to resolving challenges and restoring smooth operations.
- Take charge of crucial security tasks, including performing backups for client data, managing password resets, and maintaining site permissions. Your diligent efforts will safeguard valuable information and maintain a secure environment.
- Proactively monitor client servers to identify any anomalous behaviour and mitigate potential adverse impacts on clients. Your vigilant oversight will ensure the stability and reliability of their systems.
- Apply appropriate testing methodologies to thoroughly analyse hardware and software, enabling you to identify and resolve existing problems efficiently. Your meticulous approach will contribute to seamless operations and optimised performance.
- Demonstrate your versatility by installing and configuring a wide range of hardware and software, both on-site and remotely. Your technical prowess will enable clients to leverage cutting-edge solutions and maximize their productivity.
