We are excited to be opening our new Sustainability Innovation Lab in Cambridge, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who like tackling broadly different challenges. It is a great opportunity to join our growing Innovation team in Cambridge, and we encourage and support applicants who wish to work on a hybrid basis.
In your role as a Sustainability Innovation Analyst, you will conduct research on emerging technologies, competitor offerings and assist with work with Innovation projects in sustainability. Your efforts will be in alignment with the wider Innovation teams aims to support customer-focused objectives, solutions and services. You will help design and create innovative technical solutions, and will work on a number of projects and initiatives with customers at varying levels within the organization.
You will utilise your technical competency to perform external market and technical research, and participate in proof of concept (POC) and prototyping activity. In this role you will be a key contributor in synthesising complex solutions into easily understood concepts for multiple constituencies, both internally and externally. We are looking for someone who can see trends, understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

What we're looking for:
Strong analytical skill, and comfort with various programs, data analysis and internet technologies with a proven ability to think creatively.
Relevant knowledge and experience in sustainability , e.g. risks and opportunities, science-based targets, sustainable development, data collection and reporting.
The ability to draw insights and trends from data and see the bigger picture.
Experience in providing input around design, innovation, and testing.
Experience in stakeholder engagement across all levels, both internal and external.
Experience in providing external market and technical research.
The ability to manage your own workload, and work as part of a collaborative team.
