Technical Product Manager

At GHX, our mission is to reduce the cost of doing business in healthcare by enabling better supply chain management. Through our suite of supply chain software solutions, we make it easier for hospitals, healthcare providers and suppliers to drive cost and inefficiency out of their processes. We have ambitious plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product Management team and be based out of our office in Cambridge. Your role will be to convert the product vision and roadmap into a workable blueprint and technical roadmap. This role represents customers by understanding their needs and product requirements and works with the development team to ensure that product requirements are understood and built accordingly. The Technical Product Manager works closely with cross-functional leaders across markets. This role has a direct impact on revenue and the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Product Management/ role within an agile environment
  • Experience working within an Agile methodology and demonstrated ability to effectively operate within an Agile team environment
  • Experience with multiple ERP systems ideally in the healthcare market
  • Ability to assess risks, dependencies, and identify mitigation strategies
  • Strong team player
  • Skilled in facilitating and leading meetings, setting agendas, driving decisions, and negotiating
