Cellular Highways are now recruiting for dedicated professional to take on the responsibilities of field prospecting, constructing sales funnels, advancing opportunities, closing deals, and delivering weekly reports on target achievements. In addition to your sales prowess, you'll play a crucial role in pre and post-sales customer support. This involves showcasing product demos, conducting trainings, offering application advice, and occasionally assisting with installations.

At Cellular Highways were on a mission to launch a range of automated high-throughput cell sorting instruments for cell therapies, cancer treatment and biotech applications. Our aim is to make cell sorting accessible to every laboratory as well as enabling new clinical applications.

This is a pivotal role at Cellular Highways as it will be our first role based in the US and our first US Employee. Ideally you will live in the Boston area with a US drivers license and be happy to travel across the US.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A good understanding of cell biology/cytometry (especially cell sorting) at least at undergraduate level, or with equivalent laboratory experience. Hands-on experience in cell sorting is highly preferred.
  • Capital item sales experience.
  • Experience working with or similar CRM would be a benefit.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A passion to develop a career in the life science & biotech industry (we are a rapidly growing company with many opportunities to advance).

  • Annual bonus based on TTP Group annual profits
  • 21 PTO (Paid Time off) days per calendar year increasing by 1 day a year to a maximum of 25 days per calendar year, this includes both holiday and vacation days
  • Contribution of up to 4% of basic salary to a 401K plan, to match the contributions
  • Generous healthcare and dental plan for employees and their dependents, details of which will be provided separately
  • Business mileage reimbursed at the rate of $0.56 per mile
