Description of role:
TWI are an international organisation with offices and customers spanning the globe. We are seeking an organised individual to assist the Travel team, working within the Purchasing department, in providing a fast and efficient travel booking service to TWI employees.
The position requires a flexible, proactive approach, the ability to prioritise workloads in response to changing customer demands and excellent communication skills.
Accountabilities
- Researching domestic flight availabilities, times and prices
- Liaising with TWI’s Travel Management Company to ensure International travel is booked correctly and providing best service to staff
- Researching and booking hotels
- Booking transport services for staff – Rail, hire car, chauffeur, taxi
- Reviewing and updating where appropriate, TWI Travel & Transport policies
- Managing the ‘TWI Approved Driver’ database
- Account management and Invoice reconciliation
- Negotiating rates with suppliers/contract reviews
