Autism in the Workplace

The Spectrum Guru provides a collaborative approach to autism awareness. Our training courses focus on sharing skills and strategies, providing the tools to create an environment where people with autism can thrive.

People with autism are underrepresented within the workplace with a high percentage struggling to find full time employment. Neurodiversity within the workplace needs to be celebrated. People with autism can have fantastic brains that need to be utilised to their full potential. Meaningful inclusion within the workplace is created through an understanding of an individuals needs.

For a business to stay innovative and forward thinking they need to have as many brains as possible, all with a different skill set. People with autism think differently, ‘outside the box’. By providing autism awareness training, regular support and adapting strategies to meet individual needs you can make the most of this diverse skill set. In return employees will feel valued within the workplace knowing that they have the support of their employer.

The Spectrum Guru offers autism awareness training courses for specific audiences. We also offer bespoke training, advocacy, mentoring and support.
