An interactive workshop designed to give managers the skills and confidence to have meaningful conversations with staff about wellbeing, to understand the impact of work related stress on mental health and to know where to get more help to support staff.
Focusing on your role as a manager, you will be able to:
Identify the signs and symptoms of poor mental health in the workplace
Develop strategies for supporting staff about mental health
Identify sources of support
Understand how to create a wellbeing plan
Explain the importance of boundaries
Understand how to create a personal action plan
