This group is for senior managers who design and implement change and may set the strategic direction for their function. You will have other managers reporting to you and work with other senior managers to manage business performance.

Topics covered are suggested by each group and are therefore relevant and timely but could cover: takeovers, corporate culture, politics, networks and resilience, recruitment, motivation, diversity.Sample job titles of attendees: Head of Bus Dev, Scientific Director, Head of Facilities, Research Director etc.

Cancellation:
Once booked onto a paid-for peer learning group, refunds for delegates are not available within four weeks prior to the start date as we have committed to the trainer costs. Cancellations up to this date can be made by contacting Louise Rushworth. Substitutions will be considered. If we don't meet the minimum numbers (6 delegates) to go ahead we will reschedule for a slightly later date and will keep delegates informed.
