Selected by organisers based on their strong performance in previous years, Phonovation have integrated their innovative applications with C3’s core IVR technology.

With 43 participating nations, and millions of voters, the technical challenges presented by this annual event are immense. This ultimate test requires a robust architecture which can perform in a pressurised live environment.

The System is a dual site redundant with E1,TDM & SIP connectivity capable of handling thousands of simultaneous voting transactions.
